This campground is 40 miles west of Montreal, an easy run on the Hwy. We had a spacious pull-thru and when we had to stay an extra night because our truck was being repaired they moved us to another site with no problem. The place was full and the road noise from Hwy 20 is horrendous, it never stops. The staff are pleasant and do speak English. It's clean and tidy and fairly typical KOA,and good value for money. The entry road nearly 1/2 mile) is unpaved and very rough, also there are lots of speed bumps which you can't see. The fire rings are badly placed, too close to the neighbors. If we were returning to Montreal we would camp here again. Don't park at Atwater Market it Montreal, Our truck was broken into there.

We just stayed one night on our way north on the I-95, as it is close by. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had a nice level site and I used the laundry, which was excellent. In the morning we had free coffee and waffles which was a bonus. The campground is well maintained and we will use it again.

This campground is well kept and in a pleasant setting with a lake and not too many trees. The staff is friendly and the facilities are good. This is our second visit.

This was just an overnight stop on our way home. It is a nice campground with good facilities and a small lake. The staff was very helpful and led us to our site, which was large and level.

This campground is close to the I-95 and a good place for an overnight stop, although there is some road noise. They have recently regraded the interior roads and have done a good job. Our site was nice and level and the others around us were too. The staff was OK but not as cheerful and helpful as they usually are on KOA's. We would use it again.

Normal rate 36$, we paid only $18 with Camp Club USA discount. We were surprised to get the discount as there was an event on, the Turkey Run at Daytona International Speedway. This was only 2 miles down the road, and was the biggest car show we have ever seen, (we’ve seen a lot, in Europe too). The campground was full and had a great atmosphere. There is an attractive lake at the back of the campground, and the place was very well kept, with friendly helpful staff. Wi-Fi was only available near the office. Our back-in site was a bit tight to access as it was not very wide. We'll be back!

A good campground well located just off Highway 192, it is well maintained and the facilities are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool and spa are open all year round. For the price they should have free Wi-Fi, that is my only criticism

An excellent campground with level, spacious pull thru sites. Good Wi-Fi outside the office with a desk and outlet provided. Helpful staff, nice to get senior discount without having to be a GA resident. Enjoyed the nature trails too.

A lovely campground next to a fabulous beach, with friendly staff and several clean, warm bath houses. We rode our bicycles on the trail to the state park, the lighthouse is worth a visit too. There is Wi-Fi at the visitor center, ask at the office. We left a day early to get a problem on our RV fixed, and had to fill in a form to apply for a refund, but it was credited in two days. We will camp here again.

A lovely campground in a good location, easy to visit Ocean City and Assateague Island. It was out of season so most things closed but camp store still open and well stocked. Bath houses large, modern and very clean; we don't use them but we always check what they are like! (800) 228-5590

This is a beautiful campground with just the right number of trees and spacious level sites. There is a friendly staff, and everything is nice and clean and well kept. I would have given it a 10, but the pool was covered with a scruffy green cover held down with oil drums which looked awful. Other campgrounds we visited in North Carolina still had their pools open, which looked much more attractive even if they are too cold to swim in!

I liked the campground and Wilmington. The pool was still open and being used (not just by us!) This was a generally well kept place, and the staff was helpful.

We stayed for 28 days and got a special rate. This is lower for November than for October, but we were originally charged the October rate right through, even though we had more days in November. We queried this when reserving but were told that’s how it was, even if you were arriving say on October 31st!! We queried it again when we checked in, but they would not adjust it. A few days later we were talking to a neighbor who told us to talk to Vicky in the office. We did this and she gave us a refund with no problem, so that made us much happier. The campground is very nice, with easy access to a fabulous beach, and lots of wildlife – herons, egrets, ibis, pelicans etc, plus squirrels and rabbits. The Canadian geese were a messy nuisance. The Wi-Fi only works on the shore side sites, and only two of the six transmitters were working. Fortunately we asked on check in and changed to a site where we could pick it up. Wi-Fi cost 30$ for the month. The rest rooms were not heated or vented so they were always cold and damp, and were only cleaned very occasionally and very half-heartedly. We would camp here again.

It is good value for the money. A pleasant place with friendly staff and clean bath house. Level pitches in very dark woods. Nice to see recycling bins for everything, more campgrounds should do that. There are plenty of trails for walking or cycling etc.

Our site was very narrow and squeezed in between two seasonals, but it was very windy when we were there so we were glad for the shelter from them! Access to the site was quite difficult though. It was a 50 amp hook up, and we needed 30 amp, but the owner loaned us an adapter so that was OK. There are NO restrooms. They do not accept credit/debit cards, only cash or checks. This is an excellent location just across the road from the beach. The staff were pleasant, and we enjoyed our stay. Te Wright Brothers Memorial is well worth a visit.

The previous reviewer has described the campground perfectly and we agree with all they said. We shall camp here again as it is the nearest campground to our family. The bath houses are old and need updating, especially bath house #2 in the woods, the floor of which looked as though it had not been cleaned for ages. Our site got a bit muddy after some rain. Owner was friendly and very helpful.
